It's been listed for quite a while, originally at well over $2m - still shows for $2.15 on PlaneSales (https://www.planesales.com.au/details/Listing/Airparks/6711/Airparks---Willowbank-54-acres)! I'd considered it, but we ultimately brought elsewhere adjoining another airport.

Been watching this property for a while now, price has been heading Sth also for a while, $1.8Mil. It's a dreadful add, very poorly presented!
wonder what restrictions it would have sitting under a Military control zone?
