Might someone be able to help with the take-off minima in the Notam below, respectively confirm my interpretation is right? I'm assuming "300-1" means an RVR of 300 ft or visibility of 1 SM.

I read 300-1 as 300ft ceiling and 1 mile visibility.

Thank you, plans123. Got it. I wasn't aware take-off minima sometimes came with ceilings in FAA-land. Makes sense, though.
