CargoLogicAir's 747-400F G-CLBA (P35130) left LHR this afternoon at 15.43 bound for ATL but at 9,000ft over Milton Keynes did several turns before heading out over the North Sea & did some more turns, presumably to burn off fuel. Then flew to FRA still at 9,000ft where it's just approaching now. Anyone know if this was a technical problem or a sudden change in plan as this aircraft had already been in FRA earlier this morning?

I suggest it may be worth looking at the previous flight FRA to LHR, P35130 vertical profile.
After six minutes of flight it reached just over 12,000 ft and then descended to 10,000 ft for fourteen minutes before climbing to a cruise level (FL240).

During the LHR to ATL, divert to FRA ( same flight number), it never got higher than 9000 / FL090.

Fairly obvious problem I would surmise.
