After playing with the regulations and TMCAD as much as they could they have finally an Audit from EASA next month:
Between other stuff they are investigated by:

-Over-exceed Flight Duty limitations
-Hiring freelances for commercial ops
-Flying with AOG airplanes
-Hiding accidents
-Hiring non EU pilots for commercial ops
-Not paying tax
-Not giving social security
-Not performing the minimum training.
etc etc

With the famous Jegor Lewandowski running the show it is expected a catastrophic final.

good luck buddies.

Wel that virtually describes my experience of a well known Austrian/Swiss cheat running a management company in Vienna! Paying crews the lowest immaginable too.
Nearly all his contracts were Russian. I wonder how he is doing now?
Sweet Karma?
