Hi, is it still possible to complete the FAA license in SA, I believe question database has changed, other than that, can the exam, flight test etc all be completed in SA?
Any info appreciated

I have never heard of the FAA or EASA exams or initial flight test being done in SA. What I do know is that you can do you initial FAA medical in SA , but not your initial EASA medical. I hope I am horribly wrong as that will save you half your cost to obtain your FAA lisense.
