Good time of day to all!

I am asked to ferry an aircraft coming in from the U.S., through Oslo to Russia next week (Dec 7, 2020). Plan is to fly in commercial and then switch with the pilot flying in from the States.

Can anyone tell me more specifics about the COVID restrictions for Norway? From what I read on the internet, I have to have a COVID negative test on hand but also something about "quarantine hotel" for 10 days on arrival if I have no residence in Norway. Any clarifications? I will most likely arrive the day before the aircraft arrives. So how do I deal with that?

Thanks for any help,
Vic
