FR24 & FlightAware suggest it was VH-OIS that flew Bankstown-Shooters Hill-Orange-Carcoar before disappearing.

AQUILA AT01 owned/operated by Soar if it is OIS.

There’s very little in the news about this.

Iis this the same SOAR aviation that allegedly has been the subject of numerous complaints at YMMB?

You’re not that dopey Sunfish, you already knew this but wanted to be the first to loosely suggest there is a link between that and this.

The ATSB puts the location here. I've no idea of the accuracy. Another sad loss. Condolences to all.

Looks like the authorities weren’t called for a couple of hours after the crash. Sounds like they were called when the aircraft didn’t arrive back at base.

Looks like.... Sounds like....

It doesn’t really matter now, does it?

Where I was headed is that I hope it wasn’t a slow departure from life. 2 hours is a long time.

Squawk, could you please explain, now that you have said that SOAR is allegedly one and the same, how their history is NOT relevant? I am simply asking with the fate of CARE FLIGHT in mind. Weren’t they crucified by the Authorities who decided there was a connection between two accidents?

Would you like to explain the difference between the two situations?

Surely this is the last nail for SOAR? Operators have incidents, it's to be expected but this seems like far too many from an operator that is far too ready to separate a customer from their money without giving them what they've paid for!!

Whats wrong with CAREFLIGHT Sunfish? As far as I am aware they are a critical care aeromedical retrieval service and charity based in Australia. A world-leader in helicopter rapid response.

For someone who is often claiming expertise in many different areas you might want to get your facts straight before posting, otherwise the thin veneer of credibility you claim will crack like cheap lino in a 60's kitchen.

I’m assuming he’s referring to Angel Flight, but went with the shotgun approach red neck style as it was easier to post crap and let other people correct him, rather than look it up for himself.

Sorry, I meant Angel Flight, not care flight and the way they were stitched up by CASA over two unrelated accidents.

‘’I am at a loss to understand why SOAR is still even trading.

Tragic story.
You would think CASA would be all over them.
