Looking to find the Incident report on the loss of a Firefly. Civilian Instructor and military student. I believe that the student sadly perished; there was an issue with the QFI not having to talk to the BOI as he was a civilian, but did assist the AAIB. Have been to the AAIB site, but have been unable to track the report down. Anyone able to help?

I had interview at BH be about 96. That instructor in the crew room gave a run down of what happened. He said he had to drag himself clear of the aircraft. Can't remember much else. Place seemed a shambles to me, at my brief encounter with the place.

One instructor came came in ranting about a Gazelle that had just bust the circuit and landed, asking who on earth had taught those pilots.. About 20 minutes later it's crew came in asking if their old instructors were still at BH..... summed the place up.

This accidents conclusions got me out of a sticky situation with a Tomahawk.
