GA has no priority whatsoever and the questions suggest that there is no real understanding of the problems at large with access to aerodromes, charging and security for a start.

Yes the ALOP scheme was a failure and continues to be so due to poor management by many local councils. Don't get me started on landing charges!
Security for GA is a high cost and the necessity to have an ASIC at a high cost for a short period has driven many out of the industry for good - hence the drop in GA hours.

This paper needs some responses from GA and I can only hope that AOPA have a say. We should all put something in, even if only addressing one question.
