An An-26 military transport plane has crashed in Ukraine’s Kharkov region, the country’s military has confirmed. At least 22 onboard have reportedly been killed, and two badly burned survivors have been hospitalized.

Further reports in the Daily Telegraph state that one of the survivors has died due to burns but the other is not seriously injured and has concussion but should fully recover. DT article said 22 cadets plus 7 crew on board. RT report says aircraft attempting to land, and 21 cadets aboard.

Crash site approximately 1 mile away from runway according to DT. RT mentions engine failure, not entirely clear as to flight path.
