How easy is it to find a job as a pilot, any job (not just commercial), as a low hour pilot, with a CPL IR SE or ME, and WITHOUT an MCC? (not considering the obvious covid context making things difficult..).
I suppose it is always better to have a FI rating too to find a job? Isn't it? Thanks to all...

Not going into the obvious job market comment but MCC is a requirement for your first type rating. So if you aren't looking for type aircraft then it doesn't matter imho.

you only need a MCC certificate if you intend to operate multi crew. And advanced UPRT certificate

Oh the MCC is required to pass UPRT is it? The basic or the advanced UPRT?

They are independent of each other, but both certificates required before commencing MP type rating.
If I had to choose, I would do the flying before the simulator.
