Hi all,
I was recently informed by an EASA member state that it's not possible to issue a licence as part of a SOLI transfer if you don't have a current rating. Therefore holders of a licence without any current rating will need to renew a rating in order to have the licence issued before ultimately completing the medical and licence transfer.
Is this the case with all EASA member states? Does anyone know if any SOLI that accepts transfers of licences without any current rating on it?
Thank you.
