Conical camber

Hi,
You've probably read about the F-106 & Concorde and the conical camber on their wings. What is conical camber? Is this a drooping of the outer leading edge so the tip is washed out in relation to the root and makes use of the upwards airflow coming onto the wing?

The definition is at the top of page 10-25 in that paper:
Known as conical camber, the surface was cambered so that the geometry was straight along rays through the apex of the wing.
