Pilots & Engineers at Bristow Helicopters Nigeria have gone on strike, starting last week & escalating over weekend.

The link provided by 212man states that Bristow have sacked 100 pilot and engineers. Striking appears to have backfired somewhat.

Strikes only ever happen for one reason: because people feel they are being treated like sh1t. Sack them and you prove them right.

100 drivers and mechs is a fair few, what happened to their contracts they’re supporting? Maybe there’s something not being reported?

As they have just announced the closure of 2 US bases i wouldnt hold out much hope.
