Today is the 65th anniversary of the Lockheed U-2’s first flight.
Huggy Huggins has flown the aircraft through four decades.

Quite a run, much longer than anyone would have anticipated and for something that was first designed to not have a long life (I realize the "new" ones are later builds)

I read that and found it amusing, when you consider the "other" U2 and their alleged issues with tax! :)
