Relating to an insurance claim, I'm trying to find out if a specific flight was cancelled. I've drawn blank trying to use flightaware and flightradar.

Given the current turmoil, I'm not expecting to get an answer from the airline. Is there any kind of online source for flight history that shows cancellations?

For my case, it's:

05/05/2020 - VS137- LHR > JFK - Did it fly?

VS137 hasn't operated since March.

Ah right, I did wonder - thanks.

Now I'm puzzling what flight I could have been switched to. Nothing in my email.

Which I guess begs the question were there any VS LHR > JFK at all on the 5th May?

Yes, there were four. What exactly is it that you need to know for your claim ? A few more facts would help.

You could try the Virgin source. Bear in mind that many flights will operate as freight only services.
