Sunexpress Germany will stop flying on 26 June and will be liquidated. A fleet of 13 aircraft and 1200 employees. The Turkish branch is not affected.

Could it actually be a merger with SunExpress Antalya because running one legal entity instead of two is a lot cheaper?
It’s not only 13 aircrafts. As far as i know also their 7 A330s are affected...

By the way, Sunexpress Germany had 13 737 MAX 9 on order.

Sadly to be replaced by third level pseudo european carriers (turkish but maltese aoc) such as Corendon “Europe” flying out of fake bases in Germany.
