It appears that pilots are not the only ones with problems at the moment.

Sweeping changes will be made to the organisation which controls Australia's air traffic, after a review identified a culture of bullying, sexual harassment and other unacceptable behaviour

I just don't get all this sexual harassment and unacceptable behavior in the workplace.
Just bring back spankings for all the naughty ones!

It'd bring a whole new meaning to the greeting, 'morning (leather)chaps'

Aren't those psychometric tests they do during recruitment meant to weed out those with such behavior?

Wipe out all the Managers. A few slideshows and workshops don’t fix the root cause.

Hire people from reputable large successful corps with proven track record. The rest will flow down.

A review conducted by none other than Elizabeth Broderick.

The results has been decided before the review had been conducted.

In what way did I engage in "bullying, sexual harassment and other unacceptable behaviour"?

I just pointed out that you have had a hissy fit and subsequently quit this site on multiple occasions, how is that bullying, sexual harassment or unacceptable behaviour?
