Company GOM states Aircraft shall not be refueled if observed lightning from a thunderstorm is within 10 miles of the place where fuel is being pumped, or, a thunderstorm is within 10 miles of the fuel loading facility. I am unable to find this information. Anyone has seen this or comment.
