Applying for air traffic controller

Apologies if there’s already a forum going on regarding this. Recently got my email from NATS to apply to become an air traffic controller. Can anyone point me in the right direction of study material etc that will make the process a bit more familiar when starting ? Once again I apologise if there’s already a thread going on. I’m new to the forum
