RJ85 based at Al Qaffay island UAE

Good evening!

I was randomly browsing FR24 this morning and I spotted an RJ85 taking off from a small island located in the gulf some 40km south east of Qatar.
Looking at google maps you can see the aircraft standing on the apron.

I tried to find some info regarding the island, but couldn't find much more than it's a private island.
Any more info regarding this AC, the island or the owner?

A6-RJ2, from Dubai Air Wing, I suspect.

Probably a private island for those with a bit more money than me and you :O
