Bit of a first world problem in these current times
I lost a google pixel 4 yesterday , made all the classic mistakes of not having messages , photos backed up to drive so they are gone
The phone had a gmail app on it , which if someone jail breaks the phone , gmail app can just be opened & that is my main email account for work
I have changed the gmail password web browser , will that also deactivate the gmail app on the "lost" phone ?
Also had password stored on web browser (chrome) for my yahoo email account , which just opens as soon as you search for "yahoo mail"
Have also changed that password for yahoo mail (web version , don't have app) will that do the trick
The main concern is the gmail app , obviously don't want anyone getting access to my work emails
So thanks for any advice & take care everyone in these challenging times
