Apparently staff have been told that they are finishing on a hopefully temporary basis this coming Friday and with no pay.
With an operation almost entirely tourism dependent; not a bright future to look forward to.

Will be the first of many, lots of cheap machines going for sale this week and over the weekend just gone. Great time to buy a small operation if you have money, 20-50c in the dollar seems to be the going price.

Yeah it’s a terrible time for all involved, reinforces the need to operators to have a financial war chest and contingency plans in place for moments such as these. I know of one operator who has made the decision to expand this week and 5 operators who have sacked almost everyone...
