Hi all,
I was watching a YouTube video at https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=VAndG0MSWQw (Titled 737 landing at maximum crosswind)
The pilot appears to be hand steering, but later at about 33 seconds into the video, the autopilot disconnect warning sounds.
So, I was wondering was the autopilot actually engaged, and was the pilot just resting his hands on the yoke up to that point?
regards
Russell

Yes, it is a good habit to have a hand on the control wheel and thrust levers during the approach (personally I keep hands on controls below MSA). He would be following through until autopilot disconnect.
