Does anyone have any 'current' information on Aerovista in Dubai?

Hi willoweb,
I just received a "wonderful contract offer" from them after responding to their search for experienced pilots...
First feeling...The draft does not look "real" (but I must say "I have seen real contracts much worse than this one!") and they ask me to advance the fees for the work visa procedure (with promise of reimbursement...) ... Quickly!
This is via a very well known Travel Agency in UAE...
Continuing my investigation...

sounds like a scam. A mate of mine got some offer letter exactly like
the one Jettjockey posted on 8th.

Many thanks 'scarecrow'. I believe your assessment is correct. I got an offer letter also but couldn't find a lot of facts on their operation. Got a couple of buds in DBX looking into it for me. Cheers.

Thanks rocou. Same here. I've got some friends in the region checking it out as well. Almost sounds too good to be true ... but let's see.

my friend also received a wonderful contract offer but after contacting aerovista they confirmed that the people sending these offers on their behalf does not work for them and it is a scam

Interesting. So it sounds like a definite scam, possibly utilizing a legitimate business as a redirect. Really appreciate the input bongo bongo. Use the work permit and visa payment upfront to access your financial data. Crude but possibly effective.

Hi there! I,ve got a fantastic offer today from Aerovista for A330 capt... searching for opinions it seems to be scam. At the end of the offer they say this:

Please note that it remains our official policy that all Employees will incur
the expenses for their Residence/Work Permits processing as a proof of
their seriousness and commitment to join our working team. The company had to come up with this new policy now because sometime in
the past we have processed the Papers of new Employees, who failed to turn
up for work proper.
Therefore if you can’t afford the processing charges you DECLINE the offer.
Meanwhile, We remind you that any amount you spent in processing your
papers will be totally refund back to you before you embark your trip to UAE
according to AEROVISTA .

Clearly a scam. Email was sent from a Gmail account. Never trust a business that sends an offer that sounds too good to be true which is coming from a @gmail.com address.

I also wonder how they got all our email addresses, I definitely never shared mine with them!

Hey guys,
got the same email (attached) from "[email protected]". Confirmed it is a SCAM.

When I received this suspicious email, I used these two email addresses for verification:
[email protected]
[email protected]
Replies from both emails (attached) confirmed their interest.

Anyway, I searched a little bit, and found this thread, so I contacted:
[email protected]
[email protected]
and they finally confirmed it is a SCAM.

As mentioned above in thread, be vigilant for domain, the correct one is @aerovista.aero

If its like the Aerovista (Highly likely scam) they will ask you to pay up front for your work permit.

Why would you have to go to a travel agent by yourself to get a work permit? below is part of some
BS letter from someone claiming to be aerovista march 2020ish.

DOCUMENTS PROCESSING WORK PERMIT AND ESIDENCE VISA :
The Employee is requested to contact the below office, which is responsible for the
processing of his or her Valid UAE Work Residence Permit / Visa and then should forward
it to the INFINITY TRAVEL LLC for Verification and confirmation.
INFINITY TRAVEL LLC will guide you with all the necessary requirements / fees to assist
you procured your residence work permit / visa, Any expenses incurred shall be refunded
to the Employee after 5 working days of concluding all Immigration Process.
You have to make contact with the address given below for directives and assistance on
the acquisition and procurement of their valid residence Visa and work permits papers
with the INFINITY TRAVEL LLC :

Please note that it remains our official policy that all Employees will incur
the expenses for their Residence/Work Permits processing as a proof of

7th Apr 2021, 13:41
Big scam. Pay attention to the syntax and vocabulary; far from an official, serious letter. Note the emphasis on “expenses,” “fees,” “work visas,”etc.
To the best of my knowledge, no serious company in the UAE will ask you to obtain a work/residence visa on your own.
