Pacific Northwest, maybe heliskiing, couple days ago. Nothing on any of the usual channels. Buddies snowmobiling took the picture.

I don't think that's gonna buff out.

Any idea on fatalities or injuries? (Hoping the answer is no ....)

Only minor injuries. Location is near Brandywine Mtn, near Whistler, BC. Not pacific northwest.

Aren’t we all a bit over the “buff out” joke.

Would you like us to upgrade to “knock the dents out”

Not sure how there were no serious injuries by the look of this pic, damn lucky individuals...

Ah, Blackcomb. Known as a quality operator with good pilots, but this makes 3 crashes in the past year.

They can afford to dribble a little hydraulic fluid in the snow - they have a bank of greenie goodwill being the first carbon-neutral helicopter operator. Albeit with the sleight of hand of buying a tree orchard somewhere.

Pilot, five passengers - minor injuries only. Apparently a roll-over.

They had an accident and you think they were lucky?...

luck·y
/ˈləkē/
adjective
adjective: lucky; comparative adjective: luckier; superlative adjective: luckiest

having, bringing, or resulting from good luck.
"you had a very lucky escape"

so yup, I think they were lucky not to get seriously hurt, but I get your point.

Yeah, when the volume of the cabin gets compromised by the extent it was they were lucky there were no serious injuries (but unlucky to roll over in the first place, obviously).
