Tried to do this on a computer in my local library, but the Screen Recording button was dimmed/greyed out. Is there a way to activate it?

The PC has Windows 10, but I don't know what version Powerpoint is.

The screen recording feature can be disabled or enabled by a group policy security setting so as it is a public computer in a library I would hazard a guess that the administrators have chosen to disable it.
