I am looking at upgrading from a G2 piston engine heli to something bigger and with a turbine. Pricing is obviously related to time used and time remaining until the next major overhaul.
What I would like to find is a listing somewhere that lists all the popular machines and what their maintenance schedules are (even better if it included typical cost for each maintenance)
Does such a list exist?

The absolute least expensive turbine machines, for example an R66, an old 206, or a 505, will cost you a minimum of $500USD per hour to run, wholesale. And that assumes amortizing the insurance over 500 flight hours per year. Fly less and costs go up dramatically because you pay for insurance whether it flies or not. If you are renting you'll pay $1500/hr.

It's a big leap into turbines...

They do but the good ones are a paid version from companies like Conklin deDecker. But an easier route maybe to talk to the various mx shops you would use to maintain the aircraft to get a more localized cost list?

You will find that it is the components in the engine, not the complete item, which never match up, so you will have a 1/2 turbine wheel due, then it might be a compressor split, then an FCU overhaul, then the 3/4 turbine wheels, it never stops.

If possible, get onto a "Power by the Hour" scheme, where you pay per flight hour to cover the scheduled maintenance, and if an unforeseen problem emerges it is covered too.
