Few questions from an outsider considering coming in. Couldn't really find answers on these things... Answers welcome from both ek and qtr guys.

Do you get in trouble calling ill or unfit? Do they respect any form of limitations regarding flight/duty time?

Imagine you have a family emergency at home, would they help you in any way, eg allowing you emergency leave (like a medical emergency, funeral, ...)?

And, in addition to that, what would happen if you get sick for a longer period. How would that be handled?

I am ex QR.
Not much good to say about them.
However when it came down to my moms’ passing away they behaved exemplary; putting me on the first flight home with an open return back. Only needed a single phone-call. Follow-up by email with documents required etc, all with no pressure.
