Anyone know what happened last night? Flight returned to VHHH before late departure. Rejoined arrival circuit immediately after takeoff.

Your source might not be accurate info. STD is 2010 for that flight. Seems it just departed late.

The reason I even looked into it is that I heard it overhead in Tai Po and checked what traffic was making such a racket. We don’t get much triple traffic at 6,000 feet in Tai Po Lol... Bekol departures are much higher so I did notice the sound...
