hello, I got a job in a company with 737 cl and they asked me to perform a type rating course on 737cl as soon as possible.
any advice? My budget is 18k! I heard bad feedback about BAA in web...I was thinking about that school before but now I’m confused!
Please help me!

thanks

For TR they are good. Did my TR there as well, but, make sure you will do also your PBN approaches as well.

Excuse me?
i say again for you then..I got a job, they asked me to perform a tr before starting occ with them.
I’m free to choose the school where do it. And I need advice and feedback

You don't have a job. You have an offer, not even on a good aircraft that will give you possibilities if it goes south. Good luck either way but listen to your colleagues here and at the Italian forum.

If you do decide to go ahead with paying out of your own pocket for the type rating (not ideal, but everyones situation is different) - at least make sure you have a signed contract guaranteeing employment upon successful OCC.

If the offer of a Job is true, it's all sounds like Maleth/Oryxjet or Air X. There are not that many Classic operators around these days.

I do wonder though why an employer would make you supply your own type rating, before giving you a job. Seems very strange.

I am assuming thats Blue Air "offering" you that job. Good luck with that.
