Aviation Herald describes it as an overrun - off the end but almost on centerline: Incident: Westjet B738 at Halifax on Jan 5th 2020, overran runway on landing (http://avherald.com/h?article=4d192a80&opt=0)

So according METARS there was light snow for hours with visibility’s between 1/2-1SM. They must have been around 63/64tons on landing. They where not able to get a RWY report and went in it seems.
I assume after that time it was contaminated with more than 1/8‘ inch?
Just put that in my Performance tool with TALPA base.
Calculated overrun ( F40 )
So I am curious on the outcome of that investigation.
Haven‘t been there, so I hope I miss something on my thoughts.

CBC and other sites telling the same story: straight off the end.
