Hi guys,

I'm searching for a person that can do both the annual EASA prof check and an FAA BFR in one go, preferrably working in the vincinity of Austria.
Any pointer is greatly appreciated, thx in advance

S-300C.
What is the correct term / licence for someone being allowed not only do the EASA prof.check but to also do the legal paperwork of extending my rating?
Would that be "TRE HU269" ? Can such a person submit all paperwork by itself or do I absolutely need an FTO for this task?

For the FAA side it should be a "CFI", correct?
As FAA doesn't have sub 12500 lbs helicopter ratings, "CFI-helicopter" should be sufficient, correct?

Yes, yes and yes.
You need to call every HU269 TRE in those two lists and ask if they also have a current FAA CFI.
If not, you're SOL.

You can cross check the names against the FAA pilot registry database to find the CFIs.

About the second yes ;) do I need a FTO to do the paperwork?

Sounds like a plan!

Good idea! Starting with the small number of HU269 TREs that is a feasible process, thx.
