I’ve got a question some might be able to help with-

Although Gulfstream G650 Captain compensation is available for viewing in salary surveys, it’s more the case that some of us are getting paid well above what has been reported.

Are you one of those making, more or less, obscene amounts of money for flying a G650, and being compensated well above the norm?

I’ve got a performance review right around the corner and would be grateful if any could PM me about their current compensation experience.

All the Best,

For a Captain rotational position (1mths/1mths,) you should be looking at around 180-220.000 USD + per diem 100-150 USD/day while on your rotation. Positioning cost covered. Licence, medical etc. covered. Ball park figures. Anything less than that and you shouldn´t be staying for longer than the time it takes to find a better option that values your skills and qualifications - if you´re Captain on a G650 you´ve made it far enough in this line of business to get paid a premium. Good luck.

Try $250,000.00-$280,000.00 USD a year for your review. Any decent operator is paying this.

How do you come up with this figure? What roaster? Based where?
I don't think there is "one fits it all" answer to this question.

Your correct it's not one fits all. I'm basing it on my pay and the others operating G650's all of which are hovering around $300,000.00 plus year end bonuses. Both US and Asia based. But I don't know anyone I know in Europe or the Middle East.
