Hi all,I have been offered a position with Qantas, and as a pre contract requirement they have asked me to undergo a Medical check on a Qantas approved practitioner. The thing is I'm now between Madrid and Zurich, so flying to Australia only for the Medical check is a bit Complicated. Does anyone know how the crews based in London do this?
Regards and Thanks

G'day, I am not sure if QF will use specific overseas doctors or ones that are accredited to do CASA medicals.
If it's the latter, search here. https://www.casa.gov.au/licences-and-certification/aviation-medicine/pilots-and-air-traffic-controllers/dameos?field_dame_last_name_value=&field_town_city_value=London&field_country_value=United+Kingdom I tried Zurich and Switzerland and drew a blank. London and United Kingdom yielded some doctors.

Thanks , I'll have a look. I'm not a pilot so they told me to do it in a Qantas approved center, I found in another forum that there is one next to LHR T5, but no address or contact details ATM. Cheers

You would think Qantas would help you out and give you the names of their ‘approved doctors’. :ugh:

I’m sure they would if asked!

I am assuming this is the one, just up the road from T5.
