I am looking for a training organization where I can complete the UPRT course in the Eastern Europe. Any advice about it ?

There are no FULLY APPROVED EASA UPRT courses in Europe until December 20th 2019.

Although not in Eastern Europe, Apache Aviation (FR.ATO.0142) is approved to conduct UPRT courses under FCL 745A from 20th December, using SOCATA TB30 Epsilon ex-military training aircraft.
