A post on the Flight West Airlines Facebook page advises Cay Carpenter has passed away. No further details known.

Cay was one of the good guys, serving Flight West and Alliance from the late 1980s. He retirement function from Alliance was held in May this year.

Cay was a real gentleman and well as a great mentor.

I always enjoyed flying with Cay, as well as seeing him down at the Duxton during our sim sessions.
