Okay, thats where the similarities end, but here's the rest for interest:
"At the heart of the matter are the scope clauses that place limits on the amount of flying that can be done by Regional airlines for their Major partners in codeshare relationships. Three Comair pilots who represent a group called the Regional Jet Defense Coalition filed the suit in May 2001. Over the past year, interest has grown as Regional pilots have seen concessions designed to protect the jobs of mainline pilots. Most recently, US Airways struck a deal with its ALPA-represented pilots that doubles the size of the RJ fleet in exchange for more job protection for mainline pilots. RJDC leaders said they expect a similar suit to be filed soon against ALPA by pilots from Atlantic Southeast Airlines, like Comair a Delta Connection carrier." ;)
