Need an aviation Bachelor degree for E3 visa?

I got a job offer as a FO from one of the US regional airlines. Ready to apply for E3. A question! I have a Bachelor degree, not an aviation-related and just 4 years of aviation experience in the United States. Do you know anyone who got E3 visa recently? self-filing? or need a lawyer?
