Just as I did my FAA ATPL written and medical and booked my ride on Jul 27th for the conversion of my Canadian license; FAA passed a law that foreign license conversions are limited and subject to wait of 60-90 days.

Talking about timing (story of my life) ... Now that I have passed the written and medical, are there any caribbean companies who let me go and work and get the ride on their airplane?

Thank you in advance

Muchacho,
This question about N-reg aircraft was asked by someone else only a few weeks ago. Please try searching this forum for the answer to that part of your question!
Congrats on the US ATP writtens. Have they given you any idea exactly how long you will have to wait, and why they are making you wait (ie: security checks, etc)?
