Does anyone have any information on the new LOT Polish airlines cadet programme?

Not a great deal of information out there, but one thing is that you don't need to speak Polish to join.

Also, does anyone have any idea why the programme is being done with Baltic rather than with LOT's own flight school?

It depends on what information you need.
theory is done in Lithuania, practice in Spain.
I have heard a lot of people complaining about BAA especially on how late they always are with timings.

Also a lot of Polish captains and experience pilots are leaving LOT in order to join other airlines. Wizzair mainly where they have better conditions.

LOT will offer a 3 years contract on Ryanair style and no benefits at all.
