Apparently they assist pilots and request a fee to do so. Anyone got any experience with this company?

“Caveat Emptor ~ due diligence”

In common with all middle men, the customer needs to be entirely satisfied that they will receive value for money.
Desperation is a common quality for those who think others will find utopia on their behalf.

If you have the necessary qualities, you are perfectly capable of applying yourself.
If your training record is less than impressive, then don’t except a magic wand will be waved by your “fairy godmother”.

I wouldn't recommend paying for anything like that. If you know what area of aviation you want to work in simply make a CV and start applying everywhere.

If you are going to spend any money use it for a respected interview preparation course.

It says they've been working since 2015 but the site was only registered 51 days ago.

I have a friend who contracted their services as a newly qualified pilot. So far she paid around 250 euros and was promised an interview with an eastern European low cost. She said she would go straight to a sim assessment and if after a year they have not found a place for her they would refund most of her money back. I am very skeptical to be frank and I would not recommend their services yet, as I believe so far it could be all a scam as my friend haven't got anything real yet. I'll post updates here if/when I get more information from her.

I contacted them, that looks like a real scam everything goes only by email no papers at all they make you fill out a document which does not look legit.

They guarantee you an interview if you pay them within.... a year if not they refund you stay away !

Have you heard of your friend recently? Has she participated any interviews & simulator test?

Good morning Guys,

I have requested some info by them and I agree with you, it's very strange. I didn't pay nothing for the moment.
They wrote me only via mail, there's no a phone number, the adress...Nothing…
I'm concerned to continue with this people… Unfortunately i shared with them my personal data (address) and I'm considering it has been a big bull**** I did...

They are very slow in answering sometimes and they make you wait a lot.
Waiting time are extremely long as I had to wait up to 8 months to get the first interview.
They promised me two interviews and so far they delivered as I attended both.

And the outcome of these interviews? Job offers? Start date?

Those who are capable will succeed without ‘external help’.
Those with a less than impressive track record / desperate / vulnerable / gullible need to be very careful when contracting with a middle man. You need to determine the veracity of their credentials.

In my opinion it's better stay away from them: there's nothing about this "agency" on internet and all the users, that are talking about this, are always "new users" with only 3/4 messages on the forum. I tried to ask a phone number to make a call and they denied me saying me to contact only via mail ...

Apparently, their mail service is down. I've tried to contact them over the website, it either looks like they don't receive any messages or they don't reply at all... Any idea what's going on?

I tried the "service" by my self, didn't really thought it is real as they are the only one on the market, payed with a way which I knew that will guarantee a refund in a case that I'm right (thanks God I did so), and yes, it is a scam!
they answer only by email, and they call you on a no identity number, give you a story of "you will be a part of a selection process but only for a formal procedure and you are in for 100%"
I knew it is a scam as the guy over the phone told me he is from CSA airlines, and thy I will fly on the 737 MAX which will arrive now on January (impossible if you know what I mean)!!!!
Any way, he also told me I will get an interview package with a Sim preparation (never got anything)
After they didn't sent me nothing like I imagined, I tried to contact them and after 8 emails they blocked my email address and I got a message "the mailbox you have entered does not exist"

Any way guys, like I said I used a payment method which guarantee my money back, and to catch them, but all of you please do not use this service and please share my post in any other Forum Facebook or whatever, and remember there is no magical way to become an airline pilot, just be you, patient and consistent!

And to all those from "mypilotix" we wish you all to use the money you stall from other people to cure your medical issues as obviously you have many!!!

Cheers all!!!:ok:

I really appreciate for your answer. I've tried their service as well. Didn't guaranteed my money back, I knew it was scam but, it was my last chance since I don't have any other opportunity. They sent me a "made up" e-mail, claimed that it is from Azerbaijan Airlines for an assessment. (the mail doesn't even coming from airline's domain). Then, I've told them so, they said Azerbaijan Airlines is hacked and some other scam was sent to me. and just like that all the time. they're literally playing with your hopes, faith etc... I'll complain them to German consulate asap and report fraud.( I made transaction to a German bank). And also I'll report them to Azerbaijan Airlines and Air Arabia since they claim they have their assessments. Now, it is my time to play :)

I am really sorry that you are also a part of this scam, but at least we will do our best that all of our colleagues out there will not become the next prey of those people!!!

And stay positive this is not your last opportunity!!! All of us will get our moment;)

They tried with me with the scam about Azal and Smartwings. I am.sure that the amministrator of this society it's a big asshole and if you read us I hope for you that nobody catch you because if I find you I'make you a hole between your eyes ;)

Don't worry. They've been reported to German consulate as they received payment from German Bank with all his name, bank details etc... They are also reported as fraud to Air Arabia since they claimed they recruit pilots for Air Arabia. I think the guy has just ended his aviation career by committing to fraud and imitating others. Hope to see his face in the court soon :))

I had a conversation on Linkedin with the Director of the flight operations of one of these companies mentioned previously. He told me that for this year it's not planned any hire of new F/O's so this pilotix it's a enormous lie and obviously it's a scam.

It looks like it was really a scam as I was informed they deactivated the email account they used to communicate. I would advise to those who made PayPal payments to request a refund through PayPal, with many doing the same it may make things easier in the PayPal resolution centre.

Yes, that way PayPal will also block the account of the person behind all of this!!!

And I'd like all of you who was promissed with Air Arabia(even with information) to report fraud to Air Arabia. I've already reported them. So, we should keep an eye for those scammers.
Their fraud e-mail is: [email protected]

I believe they're going to initiate a process about it. Thanks!

Hello everybody I am new and registered just to share my experience.

I am sorry to hear about all of this from you.
Long story short.... It happened to me as well.

I did pay in September the fee (279) EUR via paypal. The mail that I received gave me two account where to make the payments and told me to do so on one of the two.

Got cheated and ask for a refund to paypal.
This led me to many conversations with paypal through the phone.
I learned that they closed one of their accounts and the second one is limited, not because of the scam, but because the accounts were opened with id that were reported as lost.

Anyway I won the dispute on paypal as they never even bother to reply and I got the money back instantly.
Paypal is aware of the situation as I told them that I believe that more people are involved so simply ask back for the money and I am sure that you will have it soon.

Good day guys,

I am another victim of this vicious scam. First I read the 4th comment here on Pprune in "Unemployed (as pilots) fATPL holders" topic that THANKS TO Mypilotix help, he got an interview with Stobart Air and LOT and got the jobs, which led me to consider them for a try. ( I know I should have done more research, but like some others, I was feeling so desperate and used to look at it as my last opportunity.) Like everybody else, I was promised interviews for paying positions with airlines. He said I will get chances for COPA and Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL). Just like our friend, some time ago I received the email claiming to be from AZAL Airlines which raised all red flags for me. On the second page first paragraph he had forgotten to change Wizz Air to Azal Airlines, there was no trace from the so-called Chief HR sender on Linkedin, Facebook or anywhere else, the IP address was the exact same as Mypilotix and all other details seemed too good to be true. To name one, what sort of airlines offer you sim preparation package for their own sim screening and offer you full refund if you fail the check?!!
I hope I can get a refund and we all stay more vigilant.

I have initiated legal process about MyPilotix regarding aggravated fraud and imitation of airlines. The guy's name is Mattia Pozzi. He is in charge of everything I believe. I got his bank details so it is not supposed to be hard to reach him. Currently, Air Arabia is taking care of the process as I've talked to HR of Air Arabia. Any details or news will be updated here. I don't think he has got a chance to work anywhere near airplanes from now on :)

So to cut the story short, I have found his details via PayPal, he started to tell me story about his passport being stolen and that he doesn't have a PayPal account and that someone opens it by his behalf as a fraud (impossible as the same Gmail account from PayPal is contacted to his Gmail and he replied to this one, and as everyone know you need to accept your PayPal account from your email)
I will attach is Gmail and phone number down here, please of there is any progress with this one update here !!! Thanks!!!
