Hello guys, anyone knows something about the assessment for the Air Baltic Academy? What about the test? Thank You!

Hi! I applied for the programme and they invited me to the assessment and told me it would consist of:

'1st assessment day: Group interview, introduction of yourself, math, physics, personality test.

If results meet our requirements, we continue with next recruitment steps.

2nd / 3rd assessment day: Individual interview with Psychologist, Online tests, interview with HR Representative.

If you successfully will pass all tests and interviews, you will be invited to:

4th assessment day: Physical Test, Management interviews'


They told it would be high school level math and for physics 'think what could be necessary for pilot to use and know on daily basis.'

Are you going to next week's assessment? I will do it in December so if you have any further information or can share your experience I would really appreciate it!

No, I didn't applied yet. I'm going to apply in the next days. Is it true that they will call you in 2 weeks after you apply online?

I think I applied on Friday and they contacted me the next Monday or Tuesday, so it was really quickly.
