Belgian Air Force C-130 1996 Accident

I just remembered the July 1996 Belgian C-130 Accident in Holland. Unfortunately I have moved away from Belgium at the time and I was not able to learn anything about the causes.

Does and PPruner have any information.

Unfortunately, after it crash landed one of the O2 pipes at FS 245 (the bulkhead between the cargo compt and the flight deck) failed, causing a catastrophic fire down the back.
