Have a young guy who I mentored into getting a job as a wheel jerker on the old and ancient F28-100 aircraft with PX but since late last year, quite a few of the more recent joiners have been stood down on full pay for up to 9 months due to "issues with training!"

The new CEO Alan Milne - ex Qantas - is supposedly doing a hatchet job on aircraft types, crewing and route structures/schedules ........ probably long overdue!

Does anybody know what is going on there thanks?
