New start

Hi guys I was recommended this website from a buddy of mine. I'm not sure if i'm in the right place but i have a couple questions hopefully you guys can guide me through it. I'm very interested in this new career path but I do not know how to start.Is there a training program you guys suggest I could take ? What are the qualifications ? What are the official steps to get into this industry? How did you guys start yourself ? and lastly how is your guys daily experience working in this field ?
