Squawk 1200

Hi guys. I just want to ask if I’m flying IFR to VFR v.v.

Am I required to set my squawk to 1200? Or just maintain my assigned squawk when I was still radar contact by ATC.

ATC should tell you what to squawk when you cancel/terminate IFR. If you are still getting radar services, they will likely give you a discrete squawk.
