Getting a nonsense downloaded on pixel

Thinking seriously about going back to the mighty Sony Ericsson W995

Got a new pixel 3a after the old one bricked

Getting a whole lot of notifications from by-clips.com from chrome somehow very annoying

Does anyone have any idea how to turn this off , thanks

In order:

settings
apps and notifications
notifications
notifications (again)
scroll down the apps to find chrome
tap on chrome
scroll down - you will find a list of sites
turn off notifications to any sites you do not want
