Has anybody recently attended the interview with DHL Bahrain?
If so what are your thoughts on the package on offer and working conditions? Has anybody been offered or rejected for this current round of interviews in August?

Apparently DHL Bahrain are getting 3 more 767 aircraft. Can anybody confirm whether they have arrived as apparently they were supposed to be ready for use fromJan 2020 and onwards.
If you mean the 3 767s coming from DHK then you are right and wrong.
Initially 3 a/c will start operating from January, then it will be 2 for the rest of the year, BUT they will still be operated by DHK and DHK crews.

Well they have interviewed and hired a few more pilots for DHL Bahrain to operate those very 767s. Pilots were told they would be Bahrain based flying the 767 from January 2020 onwards
So they are either operating those 767s or getting an additional 3 on top of that. The pilots in the interview were told they still had to source and purchase the 767s which is why it was only a January start date.
DHL Bahrain are definitely expanding and have hired the crews for the expansion.
Well, 3 a/c are coming from DHK and will be operated by DHK and crew. That is the latest news from last week.

Does that mean the pilots who interviewed for the Jan 2020 slot are getting turfed?
I have no information about DHX recruiting plans, the above is all I know.

Apparently there are about 3 DHK freighters currently flying for DHL Bahrain with UK crews but they are due to be gone by September at the latest. I also heard the UK crews are not very happy doing this so will be interesting to see how long this little operation lasts.
Hopefully the current environment with COV-19 outbreak they will stay on track and those in the holding pool will get their start date sooner rather than later.

There are two DHK 767s detached and most of the uk crews are having a good time with some varied and interesting flying and the end date is not yet published.
