Guest services position

Hi all, not cabin crew related, but while waiting on the opportunity to fly, I applied for a guest services role at Virgin in Brisbane . I’m curious to chat to anyone who might already be in this role, or who recently started in the role, to find out what the hours are like. It says minimum 25 hours which is great, but I’d need a few more than that to pay the bills. What are the hours like? Also, do guest services get paid penalty rates for Sunday’s and public holidays?
